Robert Baggett, JD, MPA, CIG, PCC, CPCC

As a managing partner of Pinnacle Coaching Services, Robert Baggett brings over 25 years of public service experience as a Federal law enforcement administrator, diplomat, educator, state and local law enforcement officer, and oversight professional to our company.

Over the years, Robert has cultivated a unique niche that provides a particular and tailored emphasis on the law enforcement, security management, foreign affairs, and the greater public service professions given his credentials as a Certified Inspector General (CIG), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Robert has also held several professional association and nonprofit leadership positions in organizations such as ASIS International, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Scouting America.

Robert’s graduate education in Law, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, and Curriculum and Instruction, coupled with a Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, has enabled him to guide clients to leverage an enhanced level of critical thinking that provides a heightened sense of clarity during their coaching journey. Since 2005, Robert has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in public administration, criminal justice, security management, general education, and criminal law at several universities across the United States. Over the years, such unique experiences have enabled Robert to develop and implement professional development programs for organizations while partnering with clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.

As an established Professional Coach with over 600 coaching hours, Robert holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF and the Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) credential from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). He is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Practitioner, an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, and is also a Certified Assessment Provider for the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® , which are the leading assessment tools for measuring emotional intelligence. These scientifically validated instruments deliver critical insights that improve leadership, team effectiveness, and overall performance. Robert is also a Certified Assessment Provider for the Leadership Circle Profile®, which has become one of the most eminent leadership 360 assessments throughout the world.
